BROADCAST DISTRIBUTION
As properties, “Pokémon” can be characterized as the ‘sprint champion’ while “The Simpsons” represents the marathon champion. In our financial model, we have used these licensing industry benchmark studies and formulas, as above, to make what we consider being conservative financial projections.

Worldwide media markets continue to offer immensely valuable opportunities for the creators, owners and distributors of entertainment brands. Digital technology continues to extend the boundaries of consumer involvement in media, creating ever more sophisticated models of production and consumption as well as a more truly global media marketplace. After 10 years of high growth, driven mainly by new technology’s ability to create a multi-channel television environment, these markets are now well into a phase of consolidation. The dominant industry business model remains heavily focused on the production and broadcast of programming, the key area of value however is in brand creation and exploitation is in creating broader asset performance and returns across all areas of the media value chain through a well structured licensing and merchandising campaign to accompany TV, Video and DVD sales for intelligently structured and well-resourced participants able to develop programming which leads to highly powerful consumer focused brands, the market, though competitive, continues to offer significant opportunities. In the family entertainment market, driven primarily by television and cinema releases, those brands that become highly successful typically have the following key characteristics:

1. Medium and High forecasts of licensing revenue.
This should be generated easily by “The Mighty Martians”. It is worth noting that our conservative forecast is in line with the EPM Benchmarking Survey, while the High forecast represents only 8.3% of the current lifetime value of The Simpson’s licensed merchandise even in its peak year, represents only 40% of an average year for The Simpsons.

2. Cultural transparency.
Many properties work well across a wide range of countries and cultures.

3. Long shelf life/enduring appeal:
Peter Rabbit is now over 100 years old, The Simpsons are over 15 — both show little signs of ageing.

4. Annuity income streams.
As a function of the last point, with careful management, successful properties can be cultivated profitably to generate stable revenues over many years.

5. Multiple media platforms.
Animated entertainment brands often work across the range of media formats (i.e. film; television; video; DVD; books; magazines; music; gaming and online. This allows for strong cross-promotion and brand building opportunities. This investment opportunity focuses on an original new television property that has been developed with all of the above market characteristics in mind. It is designed to build a strong enduring viewer base as well as to become a successful entertainment brand through a targeted consumer products campaign.

THE AUDIENCE

1. Viral Episodes
The Company will begin to introduce The Mighty Martians via Internet Content uploaded to various sites available to the general public for the uploading of content, i.e. MySpacetv.com, YouTube.com, Yahoo Video, etc. The Company is in development of a series of episodes that are 110 seconds long. We call these episodes “A Martian Minute” referencing the length of a minute on Mars. These will also serve as ‘Mobisodes’ for distribution via cell-pones and also Podcasts.

2. Guest Appearances
Opportunities are currently being explored to have “The Mighty Martians” as guest performers on cable television shows for children.

3. Radio
A very strong feature of the Company's intellectual properties is the music. All of our songs have been written and produced by a team of seasoned professionals. Distribution of the first CD is scheduled to begin in conjunction with the rollout of the Viral Internet Episodes. The music is diverse and designed for a variety of audiences. For example, there are songs that appeal to the traditional rock and roll audience as well as more 'hip-hop' type pieces. Also covered is a song with a 'country' type melody that rounds out the repertoire. We are sure this musical diversity is certain to result in significant radio-play time. Each radio station will be offered a few CDs to use for promotional-giveaway.

4. Print Media
As an added support for our licensees, the Company will run display advertisements in large metropolitan newspapers and magazines whenever “The Mighty Martians” make a public appearance. Also, some ads will be offering free CDs, merchandise, Internet downloads and other contests.

5. Interactive Web Site
All licensees will be given free space at the “The Mighty Martians” web site to help promote their products. To help insure the success of the licensees, their products will be sold on the Company’s web site, and shipped directly to the consumer. The site will have a ‘screen door’ allowing people with slow connections to visit a static web site, while those with high-speed access will be able to visit a site utilizing state of the art programming employing Macromedia Flash presentations; Real-Player, Apple QuickTime and Windows Media Player streaming audio/video technology. Each site will include an abundance of interactivity including games; chatrooms; fan clubs; newsletters, message boards and downloads. The high-speed site will also feature “Morph” animation, special effects and a user-friendly shopping cart that actually moves through a store and exits at a checkout counter.
